Gary E. Bitner

Gary Bitner heads one of Florida’s leading public relations firms, Bitner Goodman, with national and international clients in the gaming, retail, tourism, transportation, education and other sectors. He is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications and a former staff writer at the Fort Lauderdale News (Sun-Sentinel). He also worked in the public relations department at Marriott Corporation in Washington, D.C., and is a founding partner of the Worldcom Public Relations Group, the world’s largest network of independent public relations firms. He lives in Pompano Beach.

PJ Layng

PJ Layng is President of PJL Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in recruiting, fundraising and event management. She is best known as the founder and former executive director of the Provincetown International Film Festival. She also assisted with the Palm Beach International Film Festival, and has launched the new Palm Beach International Women’s Film Festival. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Florida. PJ and her spouse, Maryann McCarthy, live in Lake Worth, Florida.

Brian McNaught

Brian McNaught is a corporate diversity trainer and consultant, and an author of six books. He had developed or is featured in six educational DVDs on gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender issues, as well as a Web guide for managers on the subject. Brian chairs both the Structure and Governance and the Museum Committees. He and his spouse, Ray Struble, divide their time between Fort Lauderdale and Provincetown, MA.

Alix Ritchie

Alix Ritchie is a media strategy consultant and was the founder, owner, and publisher of the Provincetown Banner, a community newspaper covering the outer arm of Cape Cod, and a recipient of the New England Press Association Newspaper of the Year Award. She is a self-described agitator, political activist and occasional polemicist. Alix and her life partner of 35 years, Marty Davis, were married in Massachusetts in 2009.Together, they received the Distinguished Service in the Arts Award and in 2010 the GLAD Community Award. They divide their time between Fort Lauderdale and Provincetown, MA.

Vanessa Sheridan

Vanessa Sheridan is a nationally recognized transgender business consultant, speaker, corporate trainer and author of several books, including, The Complete Guide to Transgender in the Workplace.  Working with organizations of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits, she is a leader in the field of transgender workplace inclusion and committed to the goal of full equality for all throughout society. She and her family live in Apple Valley, MN.

Tom Tabor, Chair of the Stonewall Capital Campaign Committee, is a veteran commercial real estate developer and community organizer. He and his spouse Ross Gundry moved to Fort Lauderdale from Atlanta. Tom is a leader in the development of Wilton Drive in Wilton Manors.
